How does pricing work?

We offer five plans: Free (€0), Solo (€21/month), Starter (€39/month), Business (€69/month), and Pro (€109/month). All paid plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Annual billing saves ~17%. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All paid plans come with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You can also use our Free plan indefinitely with up to 100 contacts and 10 invoices per month.

Is Vega compliant with FURS and Slovenian law?

Yes — compliance is built into the design, not bolted on. Fiscal confirmation of invoices (davčna blagajna) happens automatically, with every code and QR record the law requires. E-invoicing for companies and the public sector (eSlog) and VAT books are built in too. When the legislation changes, we update the system — you don't have to do a thing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. You can import contacts, products, and invoices from CSV files. We also support MT940 bank statement import for transaction matching. Our support team can help with migration from other systems.

Do you support multiple languages?

The application interface is available in Slovenian and English. Invoices and documents can be generated in any language. All FURS and eSlog integrations follow Slovenian standards.

Absolutely. Your data is stored in EU data centers with enterprise-grade security. We use SSL/TLS encryption for all connections, follow GDPR compliance standards, and perform regular backups. All tenant data is fully isolated.
