These Terms of Service govern your use of Vega ERP. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
Vega ERP is a cloud-based business management platform providing CRM, invoicing, warehouse management, and related tools for Slovenian businesses.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user must have their own account. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.
Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. All paid plans include a 30-day free trial. You can cancel at any time without penalty. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Vega ERP. We will never sell or share your data with third parties. You can export your data at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Vega ERP is provided "as is". While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions or data loss beyond reasonable measures.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon cancellation, your data remains available for export for 30 days. After this period, data is permanently deleted.
